Building Communities: Improving Constituent Engagement

The last few years have brought new focus for local governments to connect and build trust with constituents. New research from the Center of Digital Government shows city and county leaders overwhelmingly believe local government plays a critical role in building a sense of community with residents — and they’re increasingly using digital tools to do so.

Recently, in partnership with Government Technology and the Center for Digital Government, ACTIVE’s President and VP of product held a webinar to unpack these national survey results and explore how they impact future constituent engagement strategies for local governments.
