Located in North Texas, the Frisco Amateur Summer Swim Team (FASST) is a 35-year-old program and the largest of its kind in the state. Working with swimmers age 5 to 17 years old, FASST produces state champions, record-holders and high school All-Americans.
CEO and Head Coach Trent Emmons has been with FASST for nearly two decades, helping it grow from a small four-lane pool and 70 kids to its current enrollment of 650 swimmers per season.
